The Courtyard Kennesaw is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to manage check-ins/outs, secure payments, verify and adjust billing, and assist guests with reservations and requests in line with brand standards.
You will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to ensure exceptional service. Availability for 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm is required; shifts vary with occupancy.
