Job SummaryKennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part‑time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales for the academic year 2025‑2026. These positions are on an as needed, semester‑by‑semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. These positions are for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities- Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in marketing
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required QualificationsTo teach undergraduate courses:
- A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required at the time of hire.
OR
- A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non‑related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.
To teach graduate courses:
- A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Marketing or a related discipline is required at the time of hire.
- Record of past teaching undergraduate marketing courses
- Experience teaching on‑line or hybrid courses
- Evidence of successful career experience in marketing
