Kennesaw State University is accepting applications for a pool of open-rank, part-time and limited term faculty positions in the Department of Technical Communication and Interactive Design for the academic year . Deborah. These positions are on an as needed, semester‑by‑semester basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. Work will be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities- Teaching undergraduate courses in Technical Communication, primarily TCOM 2010:
Introduction to Technical Writing or lower‑level TCID‑prefixed classes.
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications- A minimum of a Master’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Technical Communication or Professional Writing or a closely related discipline is required at the time of hire.
- OR a minimum of a Master’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a non‑related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.
