Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

• 1. Provides quality and technically relevant instruction in best practices
• 2. Provides continual feedback and various methods of assessment measurement by ensuring student mastery of the following learning outcomes:
• a. Basic drawing, editing, and viewing tools and organization ofdrawing objects on layers
• b. Inserting reusable blocks and creating advanced object typessuch as arcs, polylines, polygons, and ellipses
• c. Setting up and organizing layouts in AutoCAD and creating and editing text in a drawing
• d. Applying dimensions to drawings and demonstrating how toannotate drawings
• e. How to better utilize productivity tools and work withconstraints
• f. Creation and organization of more advanced blocks and layouts aswell as building templates and annotations styles from scratch
• g. How to use zoom commands, external references, Quick Calc, anddimensioning tools for a more complete and advanced drawing andwork with advanced tables, annotations, editing and viewingtools
• h. Creating advanced dynamic blocks and attributes, learning aboutsheet sets and publishing and using collaboration tools while managing layers and learning to use the right tools for optimal performance

Provides quality and technically relevant instruction in the assigned program. Follows departmental guidelines, policies,procedures and relevant regulations.

• 1. Provides quality and technically relevant instruction of coursecurriculum
• 2. Teaches students learning strategies
• 3. Conducts teaching and instructional activities using educational equipment, manipulatives, props, and other learning aids
• 4. Provides continual feedback and various methods of assessment measurement by ensuring student mastery of the following learning outcomes as addressed in the program

• 5. Assessing and records grading for all homework assignments,quizzes, and tests
• 6. Completes paperwork associated with classroom and project management
• 7. Participates in marketing of courses to prospective students by providing technical information regarding course content during biannual Open House events
• 8. Assists with course and/or program evaluation and continuous improvement and resolve quiz disputes when necessary
• 9. Maintains acceptable program quality and satisfaction scores
• 10. Keeps Program Manager informed of any curriculum or student code of conduct issues
• 11. Records attendance in learning management system

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Required Experience

Three (3) years of work experience working with the AutoCADsoftware

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Autodesk Certified User certification or an Autodesk Certified Professional certification from Autodesk is a plus
