• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
• Graduating May‑June 2026 preferred.
• Preferred Courses:
  Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Material Science, and Statics.
• A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

• Completion of pre interview assessments.
• College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post‑graduation.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client‑specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
• ENERCON does not provide sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this full‑time position is $71,000.00 - $85,00.00. Salary ranges are determined by a combination of role, level, experience, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
