Senior Environmental Consultant for headquarters in Kennesaw, GA. 10+ years of consulting experience on due diligence projects, positive attitude, strong work ethic.

• Senior reviewer for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II remediation activities.
• Indoor Air Quality consulting (mold, asbestos, lead‑based paint).
• Underground storage tank removals.
• Cross‑train with geotechnical engineering and building envelope/facilities service lines.
• Mentor junior staff and review reports.

• Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
• 8+ years experience with due diligence projects (Phase I & II).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) required.
• Experience with Phase I & II ESAs, soil/groundwater sampling, PFAs, brownfield work, soil vapor, risk hazard assessment, vapor barrier design.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience reviewing due diligence reports.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
