Civil Structural Engineer – Mid, Senior & Principal Levels

Overview: Become a part of ENERCON as a Civil Structural Design or Civil Structural Project Engineer. We are seeking Civil Structural Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to principal engineers. Our Civil Structural Engineer career path has multiple options, including mid-level, senior, and principal engineer roles with opportunities to lead, mentor, and advance. We can discuss full-time, part-time, or temporary roles.

• Collaborate Across Disciplines:
  Work with professionals from various engineering fields to ensure smooth coordination and integration of designs
• Lead Design Initiatives:
  Develop design studies, craft project scopes, and produce engineering estimates
• Innovate Solutions:
  Tackle complex technical challenges with creative problem-solving
• Engage in Field Operations:
  Travel, site walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups
• Inspire Teams:
  Lead by example to motivate teams toward ambitious goals with a positive, results-driven attitude

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design of civil structural systems (mid-level);
  Senior Engineers typically have 7 years of post-graduate experience;
  Principal Engineers typically have 10 years
• Experience in one of the following industries preferred: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects
• Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Some roles may involve work on federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship

• Salary range information:
  Pay Range USD 90,000.00 –  per year. Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, and education.
