Finance Support Specialist – Collections Support
CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Financial Support Specialist for our premier client located in Kennesaw, GA. This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Collections Department by processing service requests, reviewing account-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position serves as a key resource for handling customer account maintenance, military-related requests, bankruptcy notifications, insurance claims, settlements, and other servicing activities that support effective account management and collections operations.

• managing customer account servicing activities, including account maintenance, payment extensions, account modifications, military and SCRA requests, bankruptcy administration, insurance processing, refunds, settlements, and regulatory compliance
• researches and resolves account discrepancies, maintains accurate documentation, verifies required approvals, and ensures all activities comply with company policies and federal regulations
• provides exceptional customer support while coordinating with internal departments, legal representatives, vendors, and insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate account resolution
• maintains confidentiality of customer information and supports continuous process improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• 1-3 years of experience in collections, customer service, loan servicing, finance, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience with bankruptcy, SCRA, insurance, or account servicing functions is a plus.
• Financial services, banking, or powersports industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of collection servicing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of SCRA, bankruptcy procedures, and collections compliance requirements preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
