Bilingual Medical Assistant; Spanish

Overview

Medical Assistant position in USA Vein Clinics, Vascular, Fibroid and Oncology Centers. You will support the healthcare team and help ensure a smooth workflow in the clinics. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.

$42,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

  Flexible to work in Decatur, Lawrenceville, Midtown, Brookhaven, Alpharetta, Marietta, Kennesaw
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, hours vary between 7:00am–6:30pm Mon-Fri
• Compensation: $21-$24/hr based on experience and qualifications

• Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms; assist patients with completion of forms as necessary
• Familiarize with clinic computer hardware and software and use according to company policies
• Perform clerical work as needed (copying, filing, faxing, etc.)
• Maintain procedure rooms by keeping them neat and ready for use
• Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures per instructions and physician preferences
• Prepare patients before procedures and clean up after
• Ensure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions and how to obtain medication if needed
• Prepare IV solutions
• Apply knowledge of sterile techniques and OSHA regulations
• Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

• Spanish is Required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant Medical Assistant experience required
• Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) preferred
