Schedule: Full-time

• Lead hotel operations to ensure high standards in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, service quality, and safety
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to build a positive, accountable, and people-first culture
• Oversee daily workflow across departments and ensure staffing levels match business needs
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and key performance metrics to drive sustainable results
• Partner with team leaders to improve processes, reduce friction, and elevate the overall guest experience
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, follow-through, and a focus on resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations

• Proven hotel management experience with strong leadership and operational oversight
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for motivating teams
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort managing budgets and using performance data to guide improvements
