Hotel Assistant General Manager

Pulse Hospitality is hiring an Hotel Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our hotel and help lead a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences. If you’re a steady, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time

• Support the General Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments to maintain strong performance

• Oversee guest service to ensure issues are handled quickly, professionally, and with care

• Monitor and improve hotel standards, including cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness

• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and workload planning to meet business demands

• Help manage budgets and operational goals, tracking key metrics where needed

• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to keep the hotel running seamlessly

• Represent the hotel during guest interactions, escalations, and key operational moments

• Prior leadership or management experience in hospitality or a customer-focused environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy and professionalism

• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and making sound decisions under pressure
