Our client in the engineering industry is currently looking for a Recruiting Supervisor to join their recruiting team in their Kennesaw, GA (Atlanta) headquarters. In this position you will have the opportunity to both recruit entry-level to experienced professionals for the various divisions of their business, and lead a team of recruiters.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements
- Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods
- Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
- Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position
- Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Taleo TBE) to manage searches and the recruiting process – Entering/Updating requisitions and resumes;
Sourcing, Profiling, and Matching Candidates;
Tracking and updating candidate dispositions;
Maintaining integrity of data; prepare recruiting related reports - Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance
- Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience
- Interface directly with company management to ensure recruiting needs are fulfilled and communicate progress on recruiting goals and objectives
- BS/BA Degree required preferably in business, human resources or communications (or related field); M.S./M.A./M.B.A. is preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years recruiting experience, preferably doing non-agency full life-cycle recruiting
- Minimum of 2+ years leadership/supervisory/management experience
- Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines – experience carrying a requisition load of 20+ openings required
- Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
