Senior Manager – Credit Strategy and Data Science
Location: Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid → Full-time onsite from March)
Base Pay Range: $/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Design and deploy machine learning models to improve credit risk assessment and servicing strategies.
- Shape customer treatment and servicing approaches, ensuring alignment with operations and finance goals.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Technology.
- Initially operate as a senior individual contributor, then build and mentor a high‑performing analytics team.
- Own portfolio segmentation, champion/challenger testing, and GenAI/LLM experimentation in a real production environment.
- 8–12+ years in analytics, data science, or credit strategy.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Experience in credit, servicing, automotive, or consumer finance is a plus.
- Genuine ownership of portfolio and servicing strategy.
- Advanced modeling focus with Python, SQL, ML, XGBoost, regression.
- Visible impact on loss, customer outcomes, and operations.
- Backing of a highly data‑driven, values‑led organization.
- Strong compensation and relocation support.
