Business Automation Analyst – Dornier Med Tech

Join the Dornier Med Tech team as a Business Automation Analyst where you will drive process efficiency and digital transformation across core systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Salesforce, Syteline ERP, and Microsoft O365 environments to streamline business processes.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to integrate systems and reduce manual tasks.
• Implement and customize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing automation workflows and analytics solutions.
• Document technical processes, create user guides, and train end‑users on new tools and automated solutions.

• 3+ years of experience developing workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple business systems and automate cross‑platform workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Salesforce administration or development (Flows, Process Builder, or Apex).
• Familiarity with Syteline ERP or similar manufacturing/distribution ERP systems.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio solutions.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or Power Shell).
• Background in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or SQL).
