Senior Technical Product Manager - Microsoft 365

Salary: $111, per year

• Proven product management expertise across new product development, testing, and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365 and SCCM, and proficiency in software deployment and lifecycle processes
• Strong analytical skills, including working with large datasets using Excel and SQL
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
• Familiarity with JIRA and ITSM practices
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience, including 7+ years in Product Management
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field; a masters degree is preferred
• Product Management certification is preferred
• Experience in a highly regulated financial institution is preferred
• Six Sigma knowledge or achievement is preferred

• Define the Microsoft 365 portfolio product strategy and roadmap, including Copilot Acceleration initiatives
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into clear feature sets and supporting justifications
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, support, and vendor management to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals
• Lead product planning and execution throughout development, testing, deployment, and adoption
• Develop product positioning and messaging, and coordinate marketing campaigns and communications
• Provide monthly metrics on volumes, savings, expenses, and forecasts, and ensure service adoption forecasts are met
• Run beta and proof-of-concept programs for early-stage capabilities, and deliver customer demonstrations and training
• Manage budgets, pricing, and financial levers to meet recovery and performance targets, securing funding when needed
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal vendor management on contract negotiations and delivery outcomes
  
  Monitor competitors and serve as a subject-matter expert on alternative and competing products
• Deliver clear, organized presentations to stakeholders at all levels of a large, regulated financial services enterprise

Jacksonville, Florida; or Richmond, Virginia. The pay rate is $53.55 per hour on W-2, with an eight-hour workday and onsite attendance required. A GLIDER  may be requested.
