Flow Control Group is seeking an Order Support Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders by coordinating with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams. The role involves reviewing orders, entering them into the ERP system, checking inventory, and managing product allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
You will be the primary contact between customers, inside sales, and warehouse staff, providing order updates and resolving fulfillment issues.
