Are you a natural leader with a passion for pest control? Arrow Exterminators is looking for a full‑time Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead our technicians, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. The position requires a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week with competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with internal applications and software (Paycom, Pest Pac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency‑required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Industry experience (preferred)

You are pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and delivering top‑notch service. You’ll prioritize tasks, oversee appointment scheduling and service tickets, and ensure daily check‑ins with your team so everyone is fully equipped and ready to go. Your conflict resolution and communication skills will help provide exceptional experiences for both team members and customers. You’ll also provide coaching, training, and support, lending a hand in the field to ensure coverage and success in achieving monthly performance goals alongside the Branch Manager.
