Full-time | 40 hours per week
Win-Tech, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-precision work.
We machine titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, exotic aerospace alloys, and more. Your work will directly support the defense, aerospace, medical, and commercial industries—making a real impact every day.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines with a proven skillset.
- Understand fixture rotation and machining sequences.
- Work confidently with rotary/indexing capabilities on horizontal and vertical machining centers.
- Understand and apply A, B, X, Y, and Z axis movements across all machines.
- Optimize machining processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Follow daily instructions from the Shop Floor Supervisor.
- Verify parts meet blueprint and tolerance requirements using appropriate gauges.
- Perform daily machine checks and report issues (leaks, noises, performance).
- Apply proper feeds, speeds, and tooling techniques.
- Deburr parts as required during operations.
- Train new hires when requested.
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
- Support department goals (efficiency, scrap reduction, setup time improvement, etc.).
- Adapt machining methods to fit new part challenges and sequence operations properly.
- Perform machining operations such as cutting, turning, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, and finishing within tolerances from ±0.030 to ±0.0003 inch.
- Work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, magnesium alloys, plastics, and aerospace metals.
- Use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers (/OD), height gauges, surface gauges, and more.
- Maintain strong math and problem‑solving skills.
- High school diploma/GED or completion of a four‑year apprenticeship program.
- Five years of experience in a job shop or production machining environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Must provide own tools for daily work (micrometers, indicators, edge finders, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Standing for long periods, pushing, pulling, manual dexterity, and clear visual acuity.
- Climate‑controlled aerospace job shop
- No supervisory responsibilities
