Job SummaryPanel Assembler – Electrical Control Panel Technician. Panel Services builds electrical control panels for customer applications. All electrical controls vary by size and complexity and are built to Engineering and UL508A specifications. Responsibilities include mounting, wiring, cutting and assembling various components required in the build process.
Duties and Responsibilities- Accurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures as required.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and CAD assembly drawings.
- Install components, crimp connections and route wiring with attention to detail.
- Produce assemblies, apply labels and package peripherals.
- Maintain an organized work area for safety and productivity.
- Use hand tools and power tools; stand 8‑10 hour shifts.
- May require occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain computer ERP for transactions and verify stock accuracy with cycle counts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Related experience or technical training preferred.
- Computer skills including MS Office, email, current Windows OS.
Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Production Department – Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm with ½ hour lunch and two 10‑minute breaks. Overtime and Saturday shifts as required.
CompensationHourly rate $19.82 per hour. Non‑exempt hourly compensation.
