Assembly Associate

Kennesaw, GA | Payrate: $18.00/hour |

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am, plus OT on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire a dedicated Assembly Associate.

As an Assembly Associate, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by assembling components, supporting production operations, and ensuring every product meets quality standards.

As an Assembly Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Perform slide-line assembly and other production assembly tasks.
• Pull and organize parts needed for production.
• Complete silkscreen operations and support post, test, and final assembly processes.
• Put stock away and maintain an organized work area.
• Meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of stable work experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills, including percentages and fractions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
