• Provide or assist with ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning and transfers; turn and position bed‑bound residents regularly.
• Support prescribed exercise and ROM activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assist with light housekeeping of the individual's unit or room, including changing bed linens and handling patient laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse.

• Must hold a valid GA CNA license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• English fluency not required;
  Spanish speaking preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
