(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Provides support for research projects in the assigned area. Assists in conducting experiments, managing lab operations.

• Performs data collection and calculations according to established policies and procedures
• Interprets and communicates results
• Makes presentations on research results
• Assists with writing research papers, conducts library research and prepares bibliographic materials
• Cleans and maintains research areas, makes buffers and common reagents
• Maintains supplies and orders as needed

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a field related to the position

• Prior laboratory research experience

• An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

• Previous experience within the area of study as designated by the addendum

• Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
• Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, Graph Pad Prism)
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
