Servers at Tin Lizzy’s Cantina are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Servers are the face of our brand—creating a fun, energetic atmosphere while ensuring accuracy, speed, and hospitality in every interaction, Friends Serving Friends!

Greet guests promptly and enthusiastically

• Guide guests through the menu, including food, beverages, and daily specials
• Accurately take and enter food and drink orders using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized section, including pre-bussing and resetting tables
• Follow all cash handling, tip reporting, and payment procedures
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in opening, running, and closing side work as assigned

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain one (per Georgia law)
