** Sales Support & Key Accounts Coordinator.
**** Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
** The Sales Support & Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for supporting identified and assigned Key Accounts, geographic regions, sales process, proposal generation, and the overall general support of the day-to-day sales process. In addition, the Sales Support & Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for assisting to meet/exceed sales growth and order expectations set by the company as well as supporting existing clients as deemed this role, you will also work in cooperation with the Vice President of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies and territory business plan to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
** What you will do…
*** Support and ensure continued success within PTI Security, and assist in closing new business.
* Maintain, update, and support a valid Key Account PORTAL (internal and external systems) as required.
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Ask questions of customers to understand needs and requirements
* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
* Place orders for customers
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
* Perform effective online demos to prospects
* Ensure a zero-resistance experience for customers when proposing, quoting, and sourcing our products via our certified channel.
* Assist in all elements of the sales cycle within assigned Key Accounts and geographic areas and/or product line
* Executes the sales strategy and territory business plan to surpass all sales objectives from a revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction perspective.

* Develop detailed business cases and ROI scenarios to document the value of pursuing potential opportunities and related benefits.
* Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
* Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
* Maintain relationships with existing and new Key Accounts and Dealer channel by gathering customer feedback, leading to improved customer satisfaction, product development, and market analysis.
* Provide input to product management, communicating the needs of the customers and the marketplace.
* Respond to solution and product inquiries.
* Maintain an accurate and ongoing contact database, and reporting of sales activities and Performance goals: annual forecasts, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
