Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
We are looking for a competitive, high-performing sales professional to join our nationwide sales team. This role partners with a leading pharmaceutical company to develop and manage an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted and non-targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory; develop an appropriate territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company and product loyalty and build the client’s brands.
- Utilize the defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact positive territory engagement results.
- Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence, and maintain customer relationships. Customize discussions with physicians based on their needs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business-to-business sales.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel including overnights and weekends.
- Residence within the territory or within territory boundaries.
- Appropriate disease-state experience (respiratory, immunology, diabetes, etc.).
- Documented history of sales success.
