Loan Sales Representative – Kennesaw, GA

1st Franklin Financial Corporation is seeking a dynamic Loan Sales Representative to join our Kennesaw branch. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying financing needs, and achieving branch sales goals.

Kennesaw, GA
Hourly Salary: $14.00 – $15.75 per hour (competitive bonus potential)

• Recommend branch products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Build internal and external relationships and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Adhere to all 1
  
  FFC policies, procedures, State and Federal regulations, and personal development initiatives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
• Action and result focused with a strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile (desirable).
