• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Commit to becoming an automotive sale expert by gaining in‑depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and technology.
• Demonstrate to guests industry leading features.
• Complete quotes and explain financing options.
• Perform follow‑ups with prospective customers by phone and/or email.
• Perform follow‑ups with existing customer base to confirm satisfaction and generate referrals.

• Strong desire to be successful.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to ask for the sale and follow through with closing transaction.
• Valid U.S. driver license.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
