Customer Support Representative

Overview

Our client, a life sciences and diagnostics company, is actively hiring a Sales Support Representative to join their team in Kennesaw, GA. This role will be fully onsite. This position is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Coordinating and collaborating with groups within the organization (lab scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, outside sales, and more) to meet customer needs.
• Be the main contact for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, including sales, technical support, customer service, CRM data entry, and pre/post-sales marketing activities.

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, marketing, sales, or customer experience
• Experience with order management/ERP software, ideally Sage
• Experience working within life sciences is a plus
