Automotive Salesperson

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kennesaw, GA. The Automotive Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their specific needs, recommending suitable options, and facilitating sales. Daily tasks include guiding customers through product features, providing exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales goals, staying informed about market trends, and participating in training to remain knowledgeable about the dealership's inventory.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to deliver outstanding service and build long-term client relationships
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Knowledge of Automotive Sales and a passion for cars, along with the ability to explain technical details to customers
• Sales experience in a retail or automotive setting preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other dealership management software is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
