Accel Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: ACEL) is a growing provider of locals‑focused gaming and one of the largest terminal operators in the United States. The Route Driver is responsible for collecting amusement machines owned or operated by the Company, performing preventive maintenance, replenishing supplies at each location, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This role requires extensive daily driving and the use of collection software.

• Perform collections per assigned route
• Check and maintain appropriate amusement supplies, plush, pool cues, etc. at all assigned locations
• Adhere to assigned amusement collection scheduled routes; work with supervisor if changes are needed prior to changing
• Use collection software fluently
• Provide preventive maintenance, i.e., clean amusement equipment and check for broken or not working machines at locations when collecting
• Complete projects as assigned
• Maintain positive relations with customers
• Perform wellness checks daily at assigned locations when not collecting, speaking with owners and establishment staff
• Maintain compliance across assigned routes, i.e., licensing stickers; communicate any issues to supervisor
• Communicate to supervisor and work with Service to address route needs
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be proficient and/or have working knowledge with applicable technology, i.e. smartphone/i‑pad
• Willing to drive extensively daily
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 21 years of age

• Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods
• Extensive driving may be required
• Calculate figures and amounts
• Analyze financial data
• Frequently required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
• Occasionally required to lift/push light weights more than 50 pounds
• Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information
• Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outside weather conditions
• Protective clothing or equipment is required that may include gloves, steel‑toed boots, or protective eyewear
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Base pay range: $18–$20 per hour.
