As a Warehouse Associate, your primary focus will be on receiving, sorting, loading and unloading merchandise at our Kennesaw, GA warehouse. This role will require strong knowledge of warehouse operations. Our ideal candidate will be collaborative and able to develop rapport with other functions within Perfect Game, primarily centered around inventory management.

• Support initiatives that optimize warehouse operations
• Act as the central distribution center representative for PG Merchandising and Event Operations, ensuring speed and accuracy is always the focus along with meeting profitability goals
• Assist in the development of proper warehouse processes
• Strong focus on warehouse safety

• Assist in warehouse deliveries, both inbound and outbound
• Share ideas that will optimize warehouse operations for product locating, reporting accuracy, space utilization and inventory handling
• Support inventory movement between warehouses
  
  Ensure warehouse KPI’s are met
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting
• Conduct inventory scrapping logic & efficiencies in the PG distribution pipeline
• Communicate internal/external issues that cause disruption in the network
• Assist in keeping warehouse clean and organized daily

• Supply chain or prior warehouse experience
• High School Diploma
• Familiarity with omnichannel distribution
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver 30+ pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Proficiency using MS Office, familiarity with merchandising systems and data applications such as Finale preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of Perfect Game’s criminal background check
