This is a full-time, on-site Medical Courier role based in Kennedy, MO. The Medical Courier will be responsible for the secure and timely transportation of medical samples, supplies, and reports between different locations. Responsibilities include maintaining a detailed log of deliveries, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, ensuring proper packaging and handling of specimens, and providing professional customer service during interactions.

The candidate must also ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations or suspensions within the last 10 years).
• Ability to drive long distances daily (400+ miles) with strong endurance and attention to safety.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and handle repetitive motion tasks related to pickups.
• Comfortable driving during evening hours and across varied weather and traffic conditions.
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

• Experience as a courier, delivery driver, medical courier, or logistics specialist.
• Knowledge of healthcare or laboratory pickup/delivery processes.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Strong customer service or clinic-interfacing experience.

• This is a high mileage driving position requiring daily operation of a vehicle for extended periods.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions during pickups and drop-offs.
• Evening route schedule (approx. 3 PM–10 PM), with potential variations based on workload.
• Fast-paced logistical environment with time-sensitive materials.

• Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
