We’re hiring a Construction Clean-Up Laborer to keep our job site clean, safe, and moving. This is steady, physical work on an active construction site with consistent hours.
Pay & Schedule$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Duties- Clean up construction areas daily
- Pick up debris, trash, and leftover materials
- Sweep, mop, and keep work areas organized
- Help maintain a safe job site
- Assist crew with basic labor tasks as needed
- Able to do physical work all day (lifting, bending, standing)
- Show up on time and work hard
- Comfortable around construction equipment and crews
- Construction or labor experience is a plus, not required
- Steady hours and reliable pay
- Be part of a large, long-term project in Kennewick
