What

You'll Do

As an Apprentice Videographer, you’ll work alongside our team to support shoots, editing, and production workflows. This is a hands‑on learning role designed for someone who wants real experience and rapid growth.

  • Support pre‑production by prepping gear, organizing shoot details, and contributing to shot lists and checklists
  • Capture high‑quality footage, including B‑roll, behind‑the‑scenes content, and second‑camera angles
  • Set up and support production (camera, audio, lighting, and on‑set workflow) to keep shoots running smoothly
  • Support post‑production by organizing footage, syncing audio, creating selects, and assisting with basic edits
  • Help deliver content efficiently by exporting videos, managing file systems, and supporting short‑form social content when needed
Qualifications & Skills

You don’t need years of experience — we care more about attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable using a camera (mirrorless/cinema) and eager to improve quickly
  • Familiar with editing in DaVinci Resolve
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive — you show up early and take ownership
  • A strong communicator who works well with a team and can interact professionally with clients
  • Able to lift and carry gear and work on your feet during shoot days
  • A desire to grow into a full‑time videographer or editor role
Bonus
  • Experience with audio gear (lavs, shotguns, recorders)
  • Experience filming short‑form content (Reels/Shorts)
  • Photography experience
