Practice Info

• Level 3 Trauma, acute care hospital with 21-bed ED, 6 fast track beds, and 14 ICU beds
• Annual volume of 24,440 with 10.8% admission rate; 1.5% transfers
• Accountable, on-site leadership with a local medical director
• Stable, well-staffed teams aligned on a patient-first culture of excellence

Responsibilities

• Respond to floor codes, including neonatal resuscitation
• Perform Bedside Ultrasound by all EM physicians

Compensation

• 1099 compensation of $300/hr

Shift & Schedule

• 9-hour shifts: 5:30 am-2:30 pm, 1:30 pm-10:30 pm, 9 pm-6 am
• Full-time is 120 hours per month
• Our model consists of 27 hours per day of physician coverage and 22 hours per day of Advanced Practice provider coverage

Qualifications

• Completion of an Emergency Medicine accredited residency program is preferred with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification/Board eligibility
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification with significant Emergency Medicine experience will be considered
• Additional certifications required: PALS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Authorized to work in the United States
