This hands‑on role focuses on commissioning, troubleshooting, and programming Building Automation Systems (BAS) across commercial facilities. • Travel: Local travel within the Kennewick area

• Experienced Controls Specialist or similar role with strong technical and diagnostic skills
• Proficient in BAS programming, including developing or modifying sequences
• Solid understanding of commissioning steps and point‑to‑point testing
• Familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
• Comfortable coordinating with field teams, engineers, and external partners
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team‑first approach

• Configure, test, commission, and troubleshoot BAS in commercial facilities
• Program, adjust, and update automation software based on project requirements
• Support field installation teams during system startup and equipment termination
• Provide tuning, verification, and performance testing to meet customer expectations
• Work directly with owners, contractors, and end users to resolve issues and ensure system performance
• Document sequences, system modifications, and deliverables to maintain project accuracy
