- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited school in one of our preferred majors.
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026 (preferred to graduate May–June 2026).
- Completed courses in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems.
- Exposure to digital upgrade life cycle including feasibility studies, procurement specifications, design change packages, FAT/SAT test procedures, installation, and testing.
- Understanding of current regulatory and industry digital upgrade standards.
- Solid foundation in core concepts of your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, work outdoors, and travel for client and company projects.
