You will learn and apply design codes and standards, remain organized and efficient, collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection, adapt to new software, ask questions, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET‑accredited school in an approved major.
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026 (May‑June 2026 preferred).
- Completed courses in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems.
- Solid foundation in major core concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Unable to climb stairs and ladders at client sites is disqualifying.
- Unable to navigate client sites for walkdowns is disqualifying.
- Unable to work outdoors is disqualifying.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
- Note: Some roles may involve federal contracts that require US citizenship. Only US citizens will be considered for those positions.
- Completion of pre‑interview assessments.
- College transcript required for those under 1 year of experience post‑graduation.
- Must pass pre‑employment, random drug/alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client background checks, and annual Motor Vehicle Record checks per policies.

The salary range for this full‑time position is $71,000.00 – $85,000.00. Individual pay is determined by location and additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and education.
