What responsibilities will I have in this role?
- Evaluate and design structural systems that support power-generating facilities.
- Work collaboratively with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Manage assignments with minimal oversight, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Produce accurate, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations.
- Stay current with industry codes, standards, and safety practices, particularly those relevant to the nuclear sector.
- Travel to plant sites to perform walk-downs and interface with client personnel.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in civil/structural engineering from an accredited university.
- Available to start within 1‑2 months.
- Experience in design modifications preferred.
- Proficient in structural design preparation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SAP
2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and RISA-3D preferred. - Knowledge of industry standards and willingness to participate in prototyping and testing.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects.
- Please Note: Some roles may involve federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship.
- Pass pre‑employment and random drug/alcohol screenings, background checks, and annual MVR checks.
- Complete pre‑interview assessments.

The salary range for this full‑time position is $80,000.00 – $99,600.00. Pay is determined by role, level, experience, location, and additional factors.
