• Safety Program Excellence & Implementation – drive comprehensive safety programs through data–driven strategies, lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and implement innovative solutions to prevent injuries.
• Associate Advocacy & Cultural Leadership – act as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing, build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, foster a culture where safety is everyone’s priority, develop relationships with frontline associates, and transform safety data into compelling narratives to drive engagement.

• Coordinating and implementing all aspects of Amazon’s Global Safety Program.
• Identifying and informing management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
• Facilitating incident investigation processes.
• Maintaining required paperwork to comply with Amazon and OSHA regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments related to jobs performed (Job Hazard Analysis).
• Recording safety incident information in internal databases in a timely manner.
• Innovating on process improvements and managing actions to completion.
• Training and assisting team members to complete safety tasks.
• Performing specific safety training as required by the Safety Manager.
• Providing additional oversight for fire prevention, hazardous waste management, and other safety related activities.
• Recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree requirements must be met before first day).

• Working toward a degree in Health Science, Safety Engineering, Health & Safety, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in or previous experience in safety-related employment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem–solving ability.

• This role will start between January 2026 and September 2026.
• Position is full‑time at a fulfillment center, sort center, delivery station, or other Amazon Fulfillment Network building (not remote or office based).
• Relocation benefits offered at time of offer to eligible candidates.

Colorado: $58,200 - $69,500 annually

National: $52,400 - $76,500 annually
