Professional Case Management is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home services across our Home Care division. You will follow the physician's Plan of Care and perform client visits in home settings, with visits typically lasting 1–2 hours each, and report observations to the therapy team.
You must hold an active PTA license in the state, have at least six months of PTA experience, and possess strong communication and driving skills for safe home visits.
