Production & Delivery Driver – Paradise Bottled Water

Kennewick, WA | Full-time or Part-time | Monday–Friday (Variable Schedule)

Join our team at Paradise Bottled Water, where we take pride in delivering high-quality bottled water and outstanding customer service throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Production & Delivery Driver to support both our production and delivery operations.

This is a hands‑on role that blends warehouse production work with delivery driving — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and seeing the results of a good day’s work!

• Assist with daily production tasks — bottling, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution
• Load, deliver, and unload bottled water and related products to customers using company vehicles
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of delivery trucks and equipment
• Perform light preventive maintenance and report any equipment or safety issues to the General Manager
• Maintain quality control standards in all production and delivery activities
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and uphold company values and confidentiality policies

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or DUIs)
• Washington Food Handler’s Certificate
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for two or more years
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check (including Hanford site eligibility)
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety and quality

• Ability to lift, carry, and move 30–50 lbs or more regularly
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive motions
• Able to bend, twist, and reach safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Willing to work in varied conditions (hot, cold, noisy, or vibrating environments)
• Commitment to following all safety and PPE procedures
