Customer Service Associate / Assistant Property Manager – West Coast Self-Storage Group

Location:

Kennewick, WA.

Position:
Full-time

Salary: $17.50/hr plus monthly & quarterly bonus potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
  • Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
  • Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
  • Perform general office tasks (filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries)
  • Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs)
  • Other duties assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
