Overview

Registered Nurse (RN), Endoscopy — Full-time, Days. This position is a Union role. Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $75.00/hr wage scale: $40.81 - $75.65 per hour. $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Endo RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Reports to:

Director of Endoscopy Department.

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care as appropriate.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

• $10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-incentive bonus based on experience
• $2.25 - $4.50 Shift differential

• Current state RN license and a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
• BLS
• ACLS required for charge RN
