Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) licensed in Washington to work direct care within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• Tri Cities area (Kennewick, Richland)

• Provide face‑to‑face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Appropriately diagnose DSM‑V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply appropriate medical decision‑making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non‑pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
• Telehealth options available for some services.

• Part‑time availability.
• Full‑time availability for hybrid (Telehealth and SNF) providers.
• W2 Billable Hourly Rates or 1099 Independent Contractor rates are available.

• Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA).
• Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees).
• 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

• $63.00 to $88.00 per Billable Hour, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
• Compensation determined based on pay model preferred, experience, and licensure.
