Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a WA or compact state license and at least 2 years of recent experience.

• Work in the Medical Surgical Combination 4 unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cares for a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Responsible for comprehensive care of medical-surgical patients on a busy unit
• Documentation and charting in accordance with hospital standards
• Team includes experienced RNs and supportive staff
• Travelers with prior experience in similar hospital settings are preferred

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any Lifepoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot have a permanent address within 60 miles of the facility
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
