Surgical Services Supervisor

Base pay: $41.52/hr – $65.16/hr.

• Supervise daily staff activities for assigned areas or functions.
• Determine, coordinate, and oversee daily staffing assignments and coverage levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Participate in performance evaluations and assist with disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assess and ensure the quality of services delivered while facilitating staff development programs.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to maintain required service levels.
• Lead the resolution of complex issues, concerns, and complaints.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Apply policies and procedures effectively and maintain knowledge of business office standards and recommended practices.

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
