American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience and WA or compact RN licensure.

• Work in a 14-bed Medical ICU with minimal cardiac patients
• Patient population includes sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac and trauma cases
• Patient ratio of 1:2 with charge nurse free of patient assignments
• IABP equipment used occasionally
• Paragon EHR system used
• 12-hour day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA certifications required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience required
• Medical ICU experience and TNCC preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Work as part of a collaborative ICU team that holds each other accountable to best practices
• Teaching hospital located in Kennewick, WA serving the Tri-Cities area
• 111-bed facility offering services including ED, Family Medicine, Ortho/Joint replacements, OBGYN, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and more
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
