• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is required.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to achieve business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and maintaining inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total-store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
