On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0830). This is an On-Demand Team Member (TM) role with schedule flexibility; you can work as much or as little as you like, and shifts are posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Attendance and responsiveness to shift opportunities are essential, and you may be terminated if you do not respond to contact attempts or do not work at least one shift within 5 months.

Upon offer, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule. Afterward, use the myTime app to pick shifts you desire.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.75 USD per hour and the Pay Range is $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and respond to inquiries about tools, products, and services available in-store and related to fulfillment.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services; guide guests on enrollment and usage.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target Wallet and other features within the Target App.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and consulting with leadership as needed.
• De-escalate situations with leadership help to recover the guest shopping experience while following Target policies.
• Provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours as needed.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and participate in training to ensure a safe workplace.
• Support guest services such as OPU, Drive-Up orders and returns, and maintain compliance with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws where relevant).
• Assist with cash office processes as needed.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.
